Shipping and Returns
- All orders are currently shipped via US Postal Service mail.
- We ship Internationally.
- Pricing is determined at the time of ordering based on the estimated weight of the products you've selected. Sometimes estimated cost of shipping is less or more and we have a rights to send you invoice of extra shipping cost if there is any involved. Also we may refund your money back if there is significantly less shipping.
- Flat rate shipping may not always be possible. We will communicate with you if that is the case for your order.
- All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. CraftyCity is not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local carrier for such missing packages.
- Priority Mail has no guaranteed delivery time. Time specified is average time. Most packages within the continental US arrive within 3-4 days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and non-state US possessions may vary. In general, a package can not be reported as lost until 15 days past its expected arrival.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order.
- For Free shipping, we may use other service.
- Colors in the picture shown on website may look slightly different than actual product.
For international customers – The shipping you are paying is estimated. If your shipping will be less than you paid we will refund you back and if it is more we will inform you before shipping your package and you will need to pay remaining amount of shipping.
We have rights to cancel your order if correct shipping cost is not paid but we really hope that you can cooperate and help us to find the right solution if any problem occur.
Any kind of FREE SHIPPING offer will be always for USA customers only.
Estimated shipping cost can be changed as per the weight and dimensions of the product. So if there is any extra cost involved then we will let you know before the shipment so you can pay extra towards shipping or we will be happy to cancel your order and refund your money.
We do not accept returns. If there was an error with your order, please contact us first. Please note that any returns we receive back will not be accepted unless it has already been approved.
